Letter from Brookes

August 1, 2024 marked the first official day as Foundation Bible Church. However, many in our congregation remember the days of Bethel Prosser, some even remember the days of meeting in the Princess Theater and setting up mobile church every single week. When I talk to you, I am so thankful for your faithfulness over the years. But here is a stat that always makes me even more hopeful: nearly 40% of our attendees don’t know anything other than Foundation Bible Church. It means that you are inviting family and neighbors to come to church to hear about the hope, purpose, and freedom offered through the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

We’ve seen many records broken in attendance, especially in youth ministry - which means we’re living out our mission to fight for the next generation. We’ve seen 10% of our average attendance profess faith through baptism - which means it’s true that nothing is louder than the gospel.

Many of you responded to the 90 day tithe challenge which showcased your obedience and allowed us to be sacrificially committed to multiplication, because we gave more to missions and church planting than we ever have before! 

Would you pray with me? Pray that this is just the tip of the iceberg for Foundation Bible Church and that we continue to be a place where people can find their salvation in Jesus Christ and experience the kind of life that only comes through surrendering to Jesus.
